Amazing staff, helpful, smiling, very good listeners. The room was clean and large with a really comfy bed. They perfectly accomadated to our special request, I can’t thank them enough for that ! The rooftop bar and restaurant was fire !

The room was almost absolutely quiet. The only noise, albeit minor, was produced in the mornings by something that probably was a dustcart or another big vehicle. The staff was wonderfully helpful and efficient. The hotel is very elegant. The beach club is elegant as well and has a very good restaurant, however there were communication problems, as their English is not sufficient.

We had a wonderful three-day stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better location—just a short walk to the main tourist area of Cagliari, which made it super convenient for sightseeing and dining out. We walked everywhere during our trip and loved being so close to everything. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was stylish and trendy, and we were greeted by a lovely fresh scent every time we walked in, which added a nice touch. As well the breakfast buffet was tasty and offered a wide selection. There is a small pool on the rooftop as well - plus gym and spa. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cagliari!

The staff on the reception gave us a very warm welcome and were really friendly. The valet service was really efficient and we appreciated their help .

Fortunately, the next day, the manager responded positively to my request and my new room was almost perfectly quiet and very comfortable (also much brighter that the previous one). The design of the hotel is very elegant and user-friendly. The staff is generally polite. Wonderful beach club (one of the members of the club's staff was extremely helpful and well-mannered; unfortunately I don't remember the name of this young man).
