Amazing staff, helpful, smiling, very good listeners. The room was clean and large with a really comfy bed. They perfectly accomadated to our special request, I can’t thank them enough for that ! The rooftop bar and restaurant was fire !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palazzo Tirso MGallery in Cagliari, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer a comfortable and serene retreat after a day of exploring the city. I especially loved the rooftop terrace with its stunning views of Cagliari and the sea – the perfect spot to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset. Fortunately, the next day, the manager responded positively to my request and my new room was almost perfectly quiet and very comfortable (also much brighter that the previous one). The design of the hotel is very elegant and user-friendly. The staff is generally polite. Wonderful beach club (one of the members of the club's staff was extremely helpful and well-mannered; unfortunately I don't remember the name of this young man).

We had an amazing time at the Palazzo Tirso. The property is absolutely beautiful - we enjoyed lunch in the lobby, dinner and drinks on the terrace, and the pool. Our room was large, modern, and clean. Unfortunately, my husband got sick one afternoon and we had to spend a night at the ER. While at the ER, I ran into one of the employees of Palazzo Tirso, Mattia. Mattia was so comforting and kind - not only did he provide great service to us at the hotel, but when he saw me waiting in the ER he brought me a water bottle and did much needed interpreting for me. He also informed the hotel staff about what happened and they kindly followed up with my husband for the rest of our trip. The staff is phenomenal and I wish I remembered more people by name so I could thank you all for your kindness and consideration!! Also, we were so happy to get sick at this hotel because it was one of the best hotel rooms to get stuck spending the day in and the room service was great LOL. We didn't even get to try the hotel beach or the catamaran, but we are hoping to come back one day and do both. I highly recommend this hotel - I don't have one complaint!!

Boutique, centrally located hotel with good views of the marina. A feature of the hotel is its contemporary interior styling. Really excellent breakfast catering to every need - and more. Very comfortable beds.

Very nice hotel in a great location at the base of Cagliri old town, great for walking to restaurants and all the sights plus the harbour for boat trips. The staff and service were simply excellent, breakfast was also top notch. The standard room was small but comfortable and the smart TV makes you feel at home. Also when our flight was delayed we went back to the hotel after we had checked out and they were kind enough to let us use the amenities and store our luggage.

Excellent adaptation of a historic building into a modern and high tech hotel. Staff are well trained and accommodating. Hotel is well placed in city centre. Rooms are very quiet with excellent sound proofing and complete light shut out curtains Bed and Mattress are top class and I had some of the best sleep of any hotel. The rooms are modern,but not cleverly designed, making them smaller than they would need to be and reducing needed room for suitcases. Rooftop bar and restaurant is very nice and Rooftop pool is very small but cozy.
